IDOWU ODEYEMI
PhD Student
Harper PhD Fellow
Hello, kith. I'm an academic philosopher in training, currently studying as a PhD student at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I also assist in lecturing (TA) undergraduate students. I'm a Harper PhD Fellow and the Center for British and Irish Studies Ogilvy Research Fellow. My research and teaching centers on social and political philosophy, moral philosophy, and applied epistemology. Before coming to Boulder, I completed a B.A. in Philosophy at Ekiti State University in 2021. I am an alumnus of the Open Student Workshop at the University of Oxford. This is a fully-funded workshop by the Oxford Global Priorities Institute. My essay "Living in America, Leaving Nigeria" is recognized here as one of the 18 notable essays by a Nigerian in 2023.
